Stellantis: Airbags, emissions and poorly tightened wheels
Among the cars belonging to the Stellantis group, Citroën C3 and DS3 from 2009 to 2017 are being recalled. With 189,403 cars, the airbag can explode when activated and injure the occupants. Almost 3,000 Opel Corsa and Peugeot 208 vehicles built between July 2019 and January 2023 and equipped with the EB2FA engine do not meet the emission limits. Nearly three hundred Opel Grandlands produced between 28 July 2023 and 19 September 2023 may have badly tightened wheels from the assembly line.
Jaguar and Toyota electric vehicles
In a high voltage (HV) battery, thermal overload can occur, which can cause a risk of fire and injury. Jaguar I-Pace model year 2019 – 2024 vehicles are recalled. In Toyota bZ4X vehicles manufactured from fall 2021 through summer 2023, a malfunction may occur between the data communications module (DCM) and the electronic control unit (ECU).
