Renault and Land Rover have seat problems; Ferrari and Jeep may catch fire (week 25/23)

This week’s recalls:
– Renault – seats, fuel pipe
– Land Rover – seat
– Jeep – battery
– Ferrari – fire risk

Six recalls for seven models of four makes were announced via Rapex in the 25th week of 2023. Four more recalls were announced by the German Motor Vehicle Authority (KBA).

Three recalls have been announced by Renault, while Ferrari, Jeep and Land Rover have one recall each at Rapex.

Mazda, DS Automobiles, Land Rover, and Dodge are also recalling through the KBA.

Rapex Recalls announced in the 25th week of 2023

Make, Model (years)	Problem
Ferrari 296 GTB/GTS (2021 – 2023)	Corrosion between the fuel tank connector and the high voltage battery protective cover may cause a hole.
Jeep Compass (2022 – 2023)	A production error in the electric battery can harm its function due to penetration of water.
Jeep Renegade (2022 – 2023)	A production error in the electric battery can harm its function due to penetration of water.
Land Rover Range Rover (2022 – 2023)	The left seat frame in the second seat row may not be properly secured.
Renault Clio (2022 – 2023)	An anchor point may be faulty and can cause the left rear seat back restraint system to fail.
Renault Megane Sedan (2022)	The fuel vapour ventilation pipe may be faulty and damage other pipes nearby.
Renault Zoe (2022)	The backrest of the rear seat may be faulty.
