6 recalls for 10 Nissan models in 2019

In 2019, Nissan announced 6 recalls involving 10 models through the EU Rapex system. Problems were reported with the NV300 vans or with the SUV Qashqai.

We’ve sorted all 2019 recalls according to the model into a table below.

Two Nissan recalls in 2019 concerned the NV300 vans. Problems with the handbrake may have cars manufactured between May to September 2018. Fuel may leak out onto the road with cars produced in the week of 7 to 14 March 2019.

Tip: Check the vehicle’s history by VIN

With the Qashqai SUVs, the radiator fan assembly motor controller may have a ceramic capacitor that can potentially fail. The overheating and loss of engine torque in motion may occur with vehicles manufactured from June to November 2018.

Several other Nissans were recalled due to airbag problems.
