This week’s recalls:
– Land Rover Range Rover – headlights and taillights
– Citroen, Opel – cracks on the rear axle
– Ford Fiesta – lower ball joint
– Toyota ProAce – charging cable
Seven recalls for eight models of six carmakers were announced via Rapex in the 31st week of 2023. Five more recalls were announced by the German Motor Vehicle Authority (KBA).
Two recalls have been issued by Land Rover, while Citroen, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Opel and Toyota have one each at Rapex.
BMW, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan and Opel are also recalling through the KBA.

Rapex Recalls announced in the 31st week of 2023

Mercedes-Benz C-Class (2021 – 2023) | The tightening torque on the screw connections on certain 12V and 48V ground points may be insufficient. |
Opel Crossland (2022) | Due to the insufficient hardness of the steel, cracks may appear in the rear axle cross member. |
Toyota ProAce (2023) | The safety function (charge pin temperature sensor) of the charging cable may fail. |
