Overview of the recalls in the 34th week of 2024
Three recalls for three models of three manufacturers were issued via EU Safety Gate in week 34 of 2024. Four recalls for four models were announced via the German Motor Vehicle Authority (KBA).
One recall can be found in the European Safety Gate system for Ford, Jaguar and Mercedes-Benz.
Honda, Porsche, Rolls-Royce and Toyota are recalling via the KBA.

Porsche’s upper arm
Using damaged material can lead to the left upper front axle arm breaking with nearly 13,000 Porsche Cayenne SUVs produced in 2024. The left upper front axle arm will be replaced at an authorised workshop.
Brakes on Toyota ProAce City
Loss of hydraulic brake equalisation may result in reduced braking performance with 1,950 ProAce City and ProAce City Verso vehicles built between 2023 and 2024. The electronic engine control unit software will be updated at an authorised workshop.
Possible injuries to Rolls-Royce passengers
Rolls-Royce is recalling 4,949 Ghost limousines built between 2019 and 2022 to authorized service centers worldwide. The reason for the recall is the possibility of dashboard glass shattering in certain side impacts, with shards potentially injuring passengers.
