The biggest Jaguar´s recall in 2018 was announced by the manufacturer in the week of 9/2018. It included the XE, XF, E-Pace, F-Pace and F-Type models with two-litre spark-ignition engines manufactured between September 1, 2016, and August 17, 2017. The brazing of the fuel rail end caps may not properly seal the fuel rail ends. This can lead to a fuel leak into the engine bay.
Two more recalls were announced with the E-Pace in addition to the above-mentioned. In March due to the risk that the front brake hose may come into contact with the tyre for the E-Pace made in the last two months of 2017. Vehicles produced between July 2017 and January 2018 may have inoperative reversing lights.
The Jaguar XF also had a second recall for the vehicles assembled between February 2017 and January 2018, which may have a malfunction in the control module of the restraint system.
