Ten recalls for four Land Rover models in 2021
Land Rover has announced ten recalls in 2021 through the Rapex system, affecting four of its models.
Half of the recalls announced are for the Discovery model. Among other things, it involves insufficient contact of starter battery ground stud in the boot area on nearly 10,000 vehicles with production dates between November 2019 and March 2021. Problems with the front seat anchors may have nearly 3. 500 Land Rover Defenders manufactured between December 2020 and April 2021.
Like Jaguar, Land Rover has recalled Discovery Sport, Range Rover Evoque and Range Rover Velar models due to a possible bend and breakage of the fuel return pipe with the risk of fuel leaking into the engine compartment.
