Aston Martin has announced two recalls for the Aston Martin DBX. The first is for 10,056 cars built between 2020 and 2023, where faulty bolted connections on the fuse box can cause power failure and loss of essential vehicle functions. At an authorized workshop, existing parts on each affected fuse box bolt will be replaced with a new washer, flexible washer and flat nut.
The second recall is for 2,054 DBX707 vehicles manufactured between 28. 9. 2022 and 19. 7. 2023. These vehicles may have oil cooler hoses rupture, which would result in leaks and loss of oil pressure. This may cause the engine to stall, increasing the risk of an accident or fire (in the presence of an ignition source). The hoses in question will be replaced at an authorized workshop.
The recall is monitored by the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) under reference numbers “13756” and “13755“. The manufacturer’s internal codes are “RA-03-1926” and “RA-63-1832“.
