Toyota is recalling 2,199,858 vehicles of the Camry, Yaris, Highlander, Prius, Land Cruiser, Mirai, RAV4, bZ4X, and C-HR model series manufactured between 31. 3. 2021 and 9. 9. 2025. The reason for the recall is that the rear camera image may freeze or not display at all.
The same problem may occur in 1,066,857 Lexus LBX, UX, LS, ES, RX, LM, RZ, LC, and NX vehicles manufactured during the same period.
The software for the relevant parking assist control unit will be updated at an authorized workshop.
The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) is monitoring the recall under reference numbers “15776R, 15777R” The manufacturer’s internal code is “25SD-108.”
