Suzuki SX4 and Vitara: Braking performance may be limited

Suzuki is recalling 4,878 SX4 S-Cross and Vitara vehicles manufactured in 2023 to authorised workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is that damage to the brake pipes during installation can lead to brake fluid leakage and rust formation with the weakening of the brake pipe. Braking performance may be limited.

In an authorised workshop, the brake pipes are checked and replaced if necessary.

The KBA monitors the recall under the reference number “013557“. The internal manufacturer code is “97DP“.
