Every year, the German Automobile Club ADAC publishes a Reliability Index that rates the reliability of different car models based on the number of roadside assistances. The ADAC 2025 Index evaluates more than 3.6 million “Yellow Angel” calls in the previous year.
Among vans, the worst performer in this comparison was the Fiat Ducato (pictured), which proved to have above-average failure rates in almost all production years evaluated. The Ford Transit (2015) and Renault Master (2019-2020) may also have reliability problems, according to ADAC statistics.
