Seat Reliability

Last update 04. 03. 2024

The ADAC breakdown statistics determine which Seat models are the most reliable and which have broken down most – a good help when buying a used Seat.

In the statistics for 2023, all the 3,756,226 breakdowns for which the German Yellow Angels had to move out in 2022 were recorded and evaluated. There is enough data available that gives an objective picture of the reliability of the Seat models.

We have sorted the available data by the make and model. Choose the Seat model you are interested in.

Seat Reliability by Model

Note: The ADAC Reliability Index rates vehicles between three and ten years old, of which at least 7,000 have been registered in Germany in some period between 2015 and 2022. The reliability of the models missing here can also be found in the TÜV report, which evaluates data from main technical inspections.
