Reason for the recall:
The side airbag on the front left may have been installed incorrectly during the manufacturing process. In the event of an accident, this could reduce the protective effect of the side airbag, increasing the risk of injury.
The Volkswagen Touareg vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 14 August and 4 November 2023.
