Reason for the recall:
A fastening clip on the windscreen pillar trim could be rotated by 180°. As a result, when the curtain airbag is deployed, the trim on the windscreen pillar could become detached, injuring the vehicle occupants.
The Peugeot 208 vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 16 June and 22 November 2023.
