The front deck is not waterproof and water can drop onto the wiper link. As a consequence, the wiper link ball joint may corrode and cause excessive wear of the resin part of the ball joint. The wiper link may detach itself and the windshield wipers may become inoperative.

The recall affects 2011 – 2015 Model Year vehicles manufactured between April 2010 and September 2014.
