Reason for the recall:

The seatbelts in the second row may not have been manufactured correctly and could cause the car-sensitivity sensors to fail. This could reduce the protective effect of the seatbelts and lead to injuries.

The Mini Countryman vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 5 April and 23 September 2025.
