Reason for the recall:
Cracks forming at the point where the trailer hitch is connected to the vehicle may cause the coupling to break.
As a result, the trailer will become detached from the vehicle, increasing the risk of an accident.
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter models affected by this recall were manufactured between 1 November and 13 December 2018.
