Kia XCeed PHEV (2019 – 2023)

The printed circuit board (PCB) in the hydraulic clutch actuator (HCA) can become contaminated with fluid. A PCB that is contaminated with fluid can cause an electrical short-circuit, resulting in a fire in the engine compartment while driving.

The Kia XCeed PHEV vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 3 December 2019 and 14 Auguat 2023.
