Reason for the recall:
The propellant in the inflator of the driver airbag may deteriorate over time. If the airbags deploy, it could result in fragments of the inflator injuring the vehicle’s occupants.
The Jaguar XE vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 16 January 2015 and 18 October 2016.
