Honda Pilot (2015 – 2019)

accident bodywork

At high speeds, the air inlet between the bonnet and the radiator grill causes vibrations in the hood. This can result in stress fractures along the bonnet latch striker and its separation from the bonnet, causing the bonnet to open. This obstructs the drivers’ view, increasing the risk of an accident.

The Honda Pilot vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 11 June 2015 and 8 April 2019.
