Reason for the recall:
In the event of deployment of the airbag, the internal pressure of the airbag may be excessive. The metal inflator casing may rupture and metal fragments can be propelled through the airbag and into the vehicle compartment.
The recall affects model year 2010 vehicles manufactured between January 2009 – November 2010.
