In the vehicles affected, the bolts fixing the front suspension to the vehicle may not have been tightened to the correct torque. If the bolts are lost, the suspension could become detached from the vehicle causing a loss of vehicle control.

The Ford Focus models affected by this recall were produced between 22. 9. 2018 – 10. 11. 2018.
