DS7 Crossback E-Tense (2019)

The electrodes of the traction batteries may be incorrectly aligned. Moreover, certain cells of the traction batteries may be missing an anode. This could result in a short circuit between the electrodes and lead to a thermal runaway of the battery, causing it to emit toxic smoke without flame.

The DS7 Crossback E-Tense vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 9 October and 12 December 2019.
