Reason for the recall:

Due to a weakness in the crimping interface of the quick coupling connector fitted to the high-pressure fuel pump, a leak may occur in the fuel pipe within the engine compartment. This can result in the vehicle catching fire.

The Citroen C5 X vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 17 August 2023 and 25 August 2024.
