The computer software used only in after-sales operations and for a limited period (October 2020 to January 2021) was incorrect. This may lead to Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions above the regulatory limits.

The Citroen C4 Picasso vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 14 May 2018 and 18 June 2019.
