Differences in the mixture ratio for the initiating devices for the airbags or seat-belt pre-tensioners could lead to the airbags or seat-belt pre-tensioners not activating in the event of an accident.
Recalled are vehicles produced between July 2016 and December 2016.
Models A1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5 and Q7 are affected.
