Porsche Taycan: Problem when installing Isofix child seats

Porsche is recalling 32,177 Taycan vehicles manufactured between 2019 and 2021 to authorised workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is that an incorrect routing of the electrical cable for the seatbelt buckle detection can lead to obstructions when installing Isofix child seats.

In an authorised workshop, the installation of the belt buckle wiring harness is checked and reworked if necessary.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “11645“. The internal manufacturer code is “ANA4“.
