Porsche Cayenne: The upper control arm may break

Porsche is recalling 12,913 Cayenne vehicles manufactured in 2024 to authorised workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is that use of pre-damaged, cracked material can lead to breakage of the upper left front control arm and thus to loss of wheel guidance.

In an authorised workshop, the control arm at the top left of the front axle is replaced.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “14092R“. The internal manufacturer code is “ARB2“.

You can use our sample request text. After reporting the vehicle's VIN code, you will find out if the defect is present on your car, or if it has already been resolved by the previous owner if the car was purchased second-hand.

If you wish to know more about the eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accident damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), in that case, we suggest going to this page.
