Non-functioning lights in four Mercedes-Benz models

Mercedes-Benz is recalling 4,160 vehicles of the T-Class, Citan, eCitan, and EQT models manufactured between 6 June and 23 December 2024. The reason for the recall is that, among other things, the low beam headlights and direction indicators are not functioning.

At an authorised workshop, the software of the central control unit will be updated.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “15436R“. The internal manufacturer code is “5496537“.
