Mercedes-Benz EQC: The headlamp levelling system issue

Mercedes is recalling 1,102 EQCs built in 2022 to workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is a headlamp levelling system that does not comply with the specification, which can lead to dazzling oncoming traffic or reduced visibility.

The headlight setting is checked in the workshop and corrected if necessary. The KBA monitors the measure under the reference number “013208” and the internal manufacturer code is “8291014“.
