Mercedes-Benz Citan and T-Class: Missing airbag warning signs

Worldwide, 181 Mercedes-Benz Citan and T-Class (pictured) manufactured in the year 2022 have to go back to the workshop. The reason for the measure is missing airbag warning signs on the passenger sun visor. There is thus a possible increased risk of injury to children in rear-facing child restraints. In Germany, 61 vehicles are affected.

The sun visor on the passenger side will be replaced in the workshop. The KBA is investigating the recall under reference number “012501”, and the internal code is “VS1HINSON (8190003)”.
