Mazda CX-60: Incorrectly mounted alloy wheels

Mazda has launched a recall of its CX-60 (KH) model. The accessory alloy wheels on these vehicles must be fitted with bushes in the wheel stud holes. Mazda announces that the corresponding sleeves may be missing or incorrectly inserted on isolated accessory rims.

Mazda service partners will inspect the affected rims. Defective alloy wheels will be replaced with new wheels, including wheel studs. The working time for the workshop visit is between 0.3 hours (inspection only) and just under three hours (replacement of max. four accessory alloy wheels and wheel studs).

This monitored recall affects 12,593 vehicles from the production period 2. 6. 2022 to 31. 12. 2022 throughout Europe, of which 5,413 are registered in Germany. The internal code of the recall is “AP012A“.
