The belt anchor fittings for the front seats may not have been attached in accordance with the specifications. As a result, the anchor fittings could be detached in the event of an accident, increasing the risk of an injury to the occupants.

The Mercedes-Benz A-Class models affected by this recall were manufactured between 21 March 2018 and 5 July 2018.
