Reason for the recall:
Owing to a fixture missing on the accelerator pedal module, a cable could cause the pedal to get stuck in the kick-down position. This could lead to accidents.
The BMW Z4 models affected by this recall were produced between 27. 9. 2018 – 6. 2. 2019.
