Kia Picanto: Speed Assistant does not give a warning

Kia is recalling 6,001 Picanto manufactured in 2024 to authorized workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is that the intelligent speed assistant does not give any warnings when the speed limit is exceeded.

In an authorized workshop, the speed assistant will be checked and repaired.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “14356R“. The internal manufacturer codes are “241170, 241171“.
