Jaguar E-Pace: The passenger airbag may rupture when inflating

Jaguar is recalling 18,590 E-Pace vehicles manufactured between 26 May 2020 and 28 May 2024 to authorized workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is that the front passenger airbag may tear upon deployment due to improper folding.

At an authorized workshop, the passenger airbag will be replaced.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “15876R“. The internal manufacturer code is “H552“.
