Incorrectly installed springs with Citroen Jumpy and Spacetourer

Citroen is recalling 1,486 Jumpy and Spacetourer vans manufactured between 2023 and 2024 to authorised workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is that incorrectly installed springs may result in restricted driving behaviour.

In an authorised workshop, both rear springs are replaced.

The KBA monitors the measure under the reference number “14195R” and the manufacturer’s internal code is “ND7“.
