Hyundai Tucson: Possible loss of steering capability

Hyundai is recalling 4,314 vehicles of the Tucson model series manufactured between 9. 5. 2025 and 2. 6. 2025. The reason for the recall is an incorrect thread specification on the track rods that can lead to a loss of steering capability.

At an authorised workshop, the two tie rod ends on the steering are replaced.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “15259R“. The internal manufacturer code is “51DC15“.
