DS is recalling 23,982 vehicles of the 2019 to 2022 model years to the workshop worldwide. The models affected are the DS3, DS4 and DS7. The reason for the recall is the faulty calibration of the urea pump diagnosis in the engine control unit, which leads to the failure to warn the driver when the SCR catalytic converter is deactivated.
The calibration of the engine control unit (ECU) is updated in the workshop. The KBA monitors the measure under the reference number “012941” and the manufacturer’s internal code is “JTC“.
