Audi Q4 e-Tron: Parking brake failure due to software error

Audi is recalling 109,684 vehicles of the Q4 e-Tron model series manufactured between 2020 and 2023. The reason for the recall is a software error that causes parking brake failure.

At an authorised workshop, a new version of the software for the brake control unit is installed.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “14877R“. The internal manufacturer code is “454R“.
