The air suspension may fail in the Porsche Taycan and Panamera

Porsche is recalling 2,868 vehicles of the Taycan and Panamera model series manufactured between 19. 12. 2024 and 22. 5. 2025. The recall is due to a manufacturing defect in the air suspension which may cause the vehicle to sink on one side.

At an authorised workshop, the retaining ring on the front left and right air suspension struts should be inspected and, if necessary, reworked and, if required, the affected parts should be replaced.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “15247R“. The internal manufacturer code is “ASA6“.

You can use our sample request text. After reporting the vehicle's VIN code, you will find out if the defect is present on your car, or if it has already been resolved by the previous owner if the car was purchased second-hand.

If you wish to know more about the eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accident damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), in that case, we suggest going to this page.

Do you know the year Your car was made? You most likely don't.
