One recall for two Alpina models in 2021
Alpina has announced one recall in 2021 via Rapex for two of its models.
The sole reason for Alpina’s recall in 2021 was the possible development of friction corrosion on the wiring harness connector to the fan control unit. Damage to the wiring harness insulation and a short circuit could cause a vehicle fire even if the car is parked. The same fault was found in the BMW 3 Series, on which the Alpina B3/D3 is based.
