One recall for one Suzuki model was announced via Rapex in the 33rd week of 2023. The German Motor Vehicle Authority (KBA) announced the other seven recalls.
Citroen, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat and Kia are recalling through the KBA.

Citroen is recalling 335,143 cars in the Berlingo, C-Elysee, C3, C4, C4 Picasso, C5 Aircross, Jumper, Jumpy and Spacetourer model ranges built between 2019 and 2022. The reason for the recall is a faulty calibration of the urea pump diagnostics in the engine control unit, which results in the driver not being warned when the SCR catalytic converter is deactivated. This recall was announced by the German KBA and can be found in our dedicated section. The same problem is also present with 23,982 DS Automobiles (DS3, DS4 and DS7) and 4,173 Fiat Scudo vans.
Citroen has issued another recall via KBA for 87,953 Citroen C4s due to a possible fault with the e-Call system.
Kia Recalls
We reported on Kia’s recall over a possible dashboard failure a week ago, and you can find it in the table below. However, it has only now become clear how extensive the action is. Due to voltage instability during vehicle start-up, the instrument panel may fail to illuminate on 254,411 Kia Niro and Kia Sportage hybrids.
Another Kia recall can also be found so far only in the German KBA database. Some 118,000 vehicles in the Kia Cerato, Forte, Optima, Sorento and Sportage model series built between 2011 and 2018 are at risk of engine stalling due to failure. In addition, oil or fuel could leak, posing a risk to surrounding traffic and a fire hazard.
