Citroen recall: Faulty charging cable can lead to overheating and fire

Citroen is recalling 3,453 C5 Aircross and Jumpy built in 2023 worldwide. The reason for the measure is a faulty calibration of the temperature sensor on the charging cable can lead to overheating and fire.

The charging cable is checked in the workshop and replaced if necessary. The KBA is monitoring the action under reference number “012916” and the internal manufacturer code is “JUQ“.
