Volvo is recalling 71,956 EX30 vehicles manufactured between 2023 and 2024 to authorised workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is that the software error causes test mode of the display after starting the vehicle.
Remedy is a software update (possible via remote access using an over-the-air update – OTA).
The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “13882“. The internal manufacturer code is “R10273“.
