Toyota is recalling 16,012 Proace City and Proace City Verso vehicles manufactured in 2023 to authorised workshops worldwide. Error in the software calibration of the engine control unit means that the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) does not light up if the urea consumption is below the target value.
At the authorised workshop the software of the electronic engine control unit will be updated.
