Ford is recalling 589 vehicles of the Puma and Transit Courier model series manufactured between 29. 1. 2025 and 22. 9. 2025. The reason for the recall are a missing screws on the rear brake drums or screws not tightened to the required torque. This may result in brake fluid leakage and/or the brake and wheel locking up.
The tightening torque of the drum brake bolts is checked and, if any of the bolts are loose, new bolts are fitted at an authorized workshop.
The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) is monitoring the recall under reference number “15926R” The manufacturer’s internal code is “25SB2”
