Tesla Model Y and Model 3: Tyre pressure monitoring system malfunction

Tesla is recalling 387,642 Model Y and Model 3 vehicles manufactured between 9 January 2018 and 21 November 2024. The reason for the recall is a malfunction of the tyre pressure monitoring system.

The affected vehicles will receive an Over-the-Air (OTA) software update.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “14692R“. The internal manufacturer code is “SB-24-00-018“.
