Due to errors in the adhesive bonding process, the upper rear (roof) spoiler may be insufficiently affixed.
As a result, it can become detached from the vehicle and fall onto the road, posing a risk to the following traffic.
The Volkswagen Tiguan models affected by this recall were manufactured between 15 December 2015 and 30 November 2019.
