The screws of the brake line assembly may not have been properly tightened on the front right wheel housing. This could lead to a significant loss of brake fluid, impairing the correct functioning of the brakes and increasing the risk of an accident.

The Volkswagen Tiguan vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 6 September and 8 October 2021.
